Whole animals – from nose to tail – not just precious parts, wild herbs and blossoms picked in the meadow and collected in the woods, colourful fruits harvested in the own garden and in cooperation with our farmers, always on the lookout for something special from nature.
In spring and autumn you can feel and experience it through food & wine tastings, farm visits, cycling to organic farms in the region, workshops & at events with exciting guest chefs.
